Ecommerce Store Information

Thank you for shopping at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum online store. The proceeds from your purchase support the museum and our educational mission.  All products offered through our website are produced for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

For help with your order, to determine the status of your order, or if you have a question please email us at orders@rockhallstore.com. You can reach us by telephone at 216-515-8444. Be sure to include your name, order number, mailing address and telephone number so that we may provide you with the best possible service.

All orders are shipped via UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the United States or to a P.O. Box.

In-stock orders placed by 2:00 EST Monday through Friday should arrive within twelve business days.

All orders placed after 2:00 EST on Friday or during weekends will be shipped on the following business day. We do not ship on next day air, or on weekends or holidays.

Additional delivery charges apply due to size and weight.

Membership Orders

When ordering a Membership online you will not be charged sales tax or shipping unless non-membership items are placed on the same order. The delivery time for Memberships is 2 to 3 weeks. To contact the membership dep artment, please call 216-515-1939. You may print out your order page and use it for free admission until your membership card is mailed to you. Membership orders are non-refun dable.

Members Discount

To receive a 10% member discount when placing an order online, please enter your Membership number during Check Out in the field. Your membership number is located on your membership card. If you are not a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, join today to receive all the benefits of Membership.

 You will be immediately eligible for the discount on your current order.  It will take four weeks for your membership number to be activated; you will not be able to receive the discount until two weeks after you have become a member.

 You will also be eligible to use the discount in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Store located in Cleveland, Ohio. The discount does not apply to the purchase of Memberships, sale items, or prior sales. Other restrictions may apply.

Payment

When placing an order in the online Rock Hall Store you must use a credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Sales and Use Tax

Sales and use tax is required for purchases delivered to Ohio and New York. Sales tax is calculated for your purchase based on the regulations for the area to which the order is being shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the identical item.

Please complete and include the Merchandise Return Form. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method. Include the packing slip and reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refun dable.
